Artisan in Paso Robles, deemed "a superb American bistro," by the Chicago Sun Times, is hosting Monday Night Suppers in January, pairing local wineries with local farms and ranches. Windrose Farm will star with RN Estate on Monday night, January 10.Chef Chris Kobayachi, who has proudly featured Windrose Farm produce on his menu for years, said, "Having worked in the industry for many years in the Bay Area, it took moving to Paso Robles to find the two farmers I respect the most. It is my pleasure to have Bill and Barbara's attention to detail in the field reflected on the plates at Artisan."
